Spiritual Direction

As a spiritual director, I provide a compassionate, comfortable space for you to share your story and listen for the movements of God.

A typical session will involve you sharing what is on your heart or what is happening in your life at the moment. I will ask questions or invite silence and prayer in order to dive into your sense of God and God's invitation. I listen to all stories with reverence and grace as individuals navigate transition, discern God's will, and seek to lead authentic, love-filled lives.

I believe that God's Spirit is the spiritual director, not me, and my role is to accompany individuals as they discern how God is communicating to them in their daily lives.

I am an ordained pastor, mom, writer, and a person of faith deeply sensitive to the sacred and committed to accompanying individuals on their own unique faith journeys. I am open to working with a range of people sensitive to God—from people just exploring faith to those located deep in a specific faith expression.
